Westbrook Counselling Services is a private counselling practice designed to meet the needs of families living in the Cochrane area. At Westbrook Counselling, we welcome individuals, couples, families, children, teens, adults, and seniors. Appointments are typically 50 minutes in length. Fees for counselling are $220 per session payable at the end of each session.
Westbrook Counselling Services is pleased to support the learning of counsellors in training. Our counsellors in training receive frequent supervision and may be required to record their sessions to ensure our clients receive high quality service. As such, we are able to offer counselling sessions at the discounted rate of $80.
For your convenience, we accept cash, debit cards, visa, and master card. Many people have health insurance plans or extended health benefits to cover the cost of sessions. Our counsellors are also providers for several Employee Assistance Programs. And many are approved therapists for Health Canada’s Indigenous Services.
We kindly ask that you do not attend appointments in person if you are unwell. We offer virtual appointments as well as in person appointments. Once you have a virtual appointment set with your counsellor, you will receive a direct link for your session.
You will need a laptop or desktop with audio and a camera. Plugging your device directly into your internet connection will give you a better quality experience.
